Arabidopsis serves as a model species for plants.  It has a wealth of both genetic and genomic resources.  The networks provided on this site were produced using publicly available samples of the Affymetrix ATH1 array.  Two types of networks are currently available  The first is a set of networks created by manually segregating input samples into categories by tissue type.  The second is a knowledge-independent sorting of if input samples into groups of similar expression.  (Photo by Sui-setz).
